As the founder of TFG Capital Partners, Gerry possesses 30+ years of experience as an alternative investments and private equity portfolio manager and consultant.  Previously a Director, Alternative Investments with PineBridge Investments, a $72 billion multi-asset manager, he advised clients on portfolio design and construction that included developed and emerging market private equity, private credit, and hedge fund seeding.

Prior to PineBridge, Gerry served as an Investment Officer at Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA), a leading $50 billion US public pension fund, where he managed an $8 billion private equity portfolio, successfully negotiated separately managed accounts, and assisted investment colleagues with hedge fund and real estate portfolios. 
 
Before joining LACERA, Gerry was the Director of Corporate Real Estate for a publicly listed multinational architecture and engineering firm and the founder of a real estate consulting firm.  Additionally, Gerry served on the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) Board of Directors for six years in various leadership capacities, collectively representing US $1+ trillion of PE capital.

Gerry earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from UCLA.

Campton Private Equity Advisors

Campton Private Equity Advisors advises family offices and high-net-worth individuals on their venture capital, growth equity, buyout, and private credit strategies. TFG Capital Partners has a partnership with Campton Private Equity Advisors to provide these services.

Allen is the founder and Managing Director of Campton Private Equity Advisors. He has over 25 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to forming Campton, he was the Director of business Development, head of the US office, and member of the Board of Directors of global private equity fund-of-funds manager VenCap International plc.  Previously, he was a senior banker in the Telecom Investment Banking Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. and before that a Director in the Media and Telecom Group at CIBC World Markets.

Prior to investment banking, Allen was a corporate finance attorney with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, and with Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger, specializing in private equity/venture capital transactions, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and international business transactions. 

Allen received an MBA with honors from The Anderson School at UCLA, a JD from UC Hastings College of Law, and a BA in Economics from UCLA. 

Allen is a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Charterholder.  Allen holds FINRA licenses Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79.

Chris is a senior consultant to a broad range of private equity, venture capital, real estate, credit, and multi-strategy investment firms. He has over 20 years of Portfolio Management and Investor Relationship (fund-raising) experience in Alternative and Traditional assets. Chris has built successful private equity businesses with teams at BNY Mellon  (WestLB Mellon Asset Mgt/Siguler Guff) and Rogers Casey.  His expertise is in fund-raising, portfolio construction, manager selection, and direct investing (co-investing). Chris has discretionary investment experience with private equity funds and companies in venture capital, growth equity, buyouts, real assets, distressed debt, mezzanine, and special situations.  

He was a member of teams that raised over $1 billion in total commitments and has strong relationships with the GP and LP communities: pension funds, fund-of-funds, endowments, foundations, advisors, insurance companies, family offices, and consultants.  Chris has led or participated in over 60 fund and co-investment deal teams. He was a member of investment committees that committed over $2.0 billion to investments. 

Chris received an MBA  (Finance and Marketing) from Columbia Business School and a BA in Mathematical Economics from Wesleyan University.

Chris formerly held FINRA licenses Series, 52, 7, and 66.

Janette serves as General Counsel on legal and advisory matters involving client transactions, contracts, statutory compliance, and risk management. With 20+ years of experience as an attorney with the City of Los Angeles, Janette has a deep background in a variety of legal issues. She has also served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court, sits on several professional boards, and has presented at national conferences on a span of administrative topics. Janette received her BA from UCLA and her JD from Southwestern University School of Law.
